TaxiPapa does not take any advance payment.Pay only when you complete the journey to the driver.

Toll tax, parking charge are to be borne by the customer.

Border tax and night allowance for driver if applicable are to be borne by the customer.

Refund Policy

If you mistakenly enter an incorrect amount or repeat a Amount, it is your responsibility to inform us in a timely manner (contact us here). Once contacted, we may make effort to achieve a refund however we cannot guarantee this and cannot be held liable for any bank fees you may be charged as a result of the Amount.

Cancellation Policy

Nill cencellation will be applicable if booked is cancled before six hours of departure. if the booked is cancled within six hours of departur, 170/- will be charged as cancellation fee.
